Seeing the surface of Titan

Covered in a thick global haze, Saturn's moon Titan is a major source of interest for planetary scientists. The Cassini spacecraft carries several instruments that allow us to see the surface of this enigmatic world as never before, as in this global view from the mission's infrared camera.
