NASA presents BEYOND: Visions of Our Solar System

Background: As a way of highlighting recent discoveries in space science and showcasing the beauty and majesty of our Solar System, a new photographic exhibition
What: National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) and the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority (MWAA), will unveil a photography exhibition at The Gateway Gallery at Dulles International Airport. Between 10,000 and 13,000 people daily will view solar system images in the Gallery located between the new tram station and Terminals C and D. 46 backlit photographic images will be displayed in light boxes permanently installed in a split-level, pedestrian passageway at Dulles International Airport.
The exhibition is entitled, "NASA presents BEYOND: Visions of Our Solar System".
Showcased images are a subset of those currently on display at the National Air and Space Museum, Washington DC location that were rendered by photographic artist Michael Benson, and include recent images from the Hubble Space Telescope and Cassini Spacecraft.
When: Exhibition will be displayed from September 30, 2010, through March 31, 2011.
