New Horizons Final Assembly

Workers install the radioisotope thermoelectric generator (RTG) onto the New Horizons spacecraft for a fit check. The RTG provides heat and power to the spacecraft on its long journey to Pluto and beyond. New Horizons is expected to reach Pluto in July 2015.
