Finishing Touches

A technician puts the final touches on NASA's Space Infrared Telescope Facility at Lockheed Martin Aeronautics in Sunnyvale, Calif. The telescope was renamed Spitzer Space Telescope after it was deployed in orbit. The telescope is observing the coldest, oldest and most dust-obscured objects in the universe.
