Rocketing to Mars

This video sequence shows NASA's Mars Exploration Rover Opportunity separating from a lower booster and rocketing towards Mars.
Opportunity landed on Mars on Jan. 25, 2004 and went on to discover convincing evidence that Mars once had liquid water on its surface.
