Design an Ion Engine
Positive and Negative Charges
Before you begin playing with the Ion Engine simulations, it's a good idea to learn something about electric charges. There's really not much to know!
Charge Control Game
Now, put what you learned about Electric Charges into practice.
Hotspots Game
Here, you can play a game like soccer against the computer.
Design Your Own Ion Engine
In an ion engine, negative electrons are emitted from the blue electrode and collide with the green
Xenon atoms. In the collision, the electron knocks another electron off the Xenon atom making a blue positively-charged Xenon ion. These Xenon ions are then accelerated by two charged plates.
