Where does dwarf planet Pluto orbit in our solar system?

Pluto orbits just beyond the orbit of Neptune in a region of our solar system known as the Kuiper Belt.

Not yet. New Horizons will reach Pluto and other icy objects in the Kuiper Belt in 2015.
