Radar Astrometry of Small Bodies: Detection, Characterization, Trajectory Prediction, and Hazard Assessment Radar astrometry reduces trajectory uncertainties by orders of magnitude, thereby improving prediction, targeting, and impact probability estimates for small-bodies, while characterizing some at levels comparable to a spacecraft flyby.
